El Mirador restaurant boasts over 17 years of experience and honors our motto that eating is a true pleasure. We are pioneers in offering traditional and gourmet cuisine in the region, distinguished by our preparation of fish, seafood, and meats with fresh ingredients. Our privileged location allows you to enjoy a balcony facing the beach, where the sea breeze and Caribbean ambiance accompany every meal. During high-occupancy seasons, our service operates in a comfortable buffet format with dishes selected by the chef.

Relax at our original boat-shaped bar, palm-thatched kiosks, sun canopies, or beach tables while enjoying an extensive menu of traditional and signature cocktails, cold beers, wines, and spirits. During the day you can order dishes from the restaurant menu, and starting at 9:30 p.m. we offer a delicious light menu with appetizer platters, fast food, and pork-rind and shrimp ceviche.
